These Terms of Use apply to epicasual.com and general interactions with Epicasual Inc. through the website. Paid work, pilots, audits and ongoing services may be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work or signed agreement. If there is a conflict, the signed agreement controls.
Website use
You may use the website to learn about our AI consulting, process automation and AI agent management services, and to contact us about a potential project. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful, harmful or misleading content.
Inquiries and proposals
Submitting a form, email or Telegram message does not create a client relationship or require Epicasual Inc. to accept a project. Service scope, pricing, timelines, responsibilities and deliverables are confirmed only in a written proposal or agreement.
AI and automation services
AI systems can produce errors and depend on inputs, data quality, integrations and business context. Any estimates, examples, savings, payback periods or performance metrics shown on the website are informational and are not a guarantee of the same result for every business.
Client responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you provide.
- You must have the right to share data, credentials, documentation and system access used in a project.
- You remain responsible for final business, legal, financial, medical, hiring and operational decisions made using AI-assisted outputs.
Third-party tools
Projects may use third-party tools such as AI model providers, cloud platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, automation services and communication channels. Their own terms and policies may apply. Specific tools are agreed during project scoping.
Intellectual property
The website, brand, copy, visuals and general service materials belong to Epicasual Inc. or its licensors. Client-specific deliverables and usage rights are defined in the relevant written agreement.

Limitation of liability
